Powder Coating Booths

Twin Window Powder Coating Booth (6 Filters)
Allows double-sided painting of large and long materials. It works manually with the rail system on it. Two operators apply powder coating to the material to be painted. The booth filters all the air in this process. It prevents powder paint from being carried outside the booth. In cabins with two windows, 2 air suction motors are used. Booths with a cartridge filter system deposit the powder paint on the floor of the booth with a solenoid valve. Thus, the powder paint accumulated in the filters is reused.
Cyclone filtration can be preferred in our twin booths according to customer preference. In addition, the cabin can be designed in accordance with robotic paint systems and conveyor systems.

Single Window Powder Coating Booth (3 Filters)
Provides double-sided painting of medium and large size materials. It works manually with the hanger apparatus on it. The operator applies powder paint to the material to be painted. The cabin filters all the air in this process. It prevents the powder paint from being carried out of the cabin. In single window booths, 1 air suction motor is used. Booths with cartridge filter system release the powder paint to the bottom of the booth with a solenoid valve. Thus, the powder paint accumulated in the filters is reused.
Cyclone filtration can be preferred in our single window booths according to customer preference.

Provides double-sided painting of small and medium-sized materials. It works manually with the hanger apparatus on it. The operator applies powder paint to the material to be painted. The cabin filters all the air in this process. It prevents the powder paint from being carried out of the cabin. In single window booths, 1 air suction motor is used. Booths with cartridge filter system release the powder paint to the bottom of the booth with a solenoid valve. Thus, the powder paint accumulated in the filters is reused.

Wet Paint Filtration Booths
Wet paint booths ensure that the wet paint in the environment is removed by filtering it with water. It captures the particles in the air and filters the air in the environment thanks to the air suction motors and pulverized dropper water channels inside. It is designed and manufactured in desired sizes as per customer requirements.
